Charity Tuesday Rescue News & Adoption

Before we get on to our weekly adopt don't shop feature we thought we'd share some rescue charity news from around the world.

Greek cat charity Nine Lives Greece are having a Summer Bazaar to help the stray cats of Athens. All bazaar proceeds directly benefit the cats through food & vet care. "Donations of cat food, however, are welcomed with open paws!"

Adopt Salem

And now back to England with Salem, who is at Wood Green, The Animals Charity. Isn't he handsome? 

"Salem is a friendly boy once he gets to know you and can be very loving. He likes to be near to you and loves belly rubs." 

As Salem gets quite nervous around other cats he would prefer to be the only cat in the home. He is quite the cheeky boy though and would love "nothing more than a nice warm bed to settle in where he can feel safe."
