Caturday Art
Happy Caturday!
It's every girl's dream to be a magazine cover girl. As I have yet to achieve this dream, Mum decided to create this for me. Let's hope one day it becomes a reality!
Talking of magazines, did you know that The Cat magazine has been around and speaking up for cats since 1931?
What is The Cat?
The Cat is Cats Protection’s official quarterly magazine and recently it celebrated the conclusion of its 85th year in print.
Throughout this time the publication, which was initially entitled The Cats’ Mews-Sheet, has given cat lovers a wealth of information on cats and their welfare. Imagine that - a magazine all about cats published so long ago! Way before my time of course (and Mum says way before hers too).
It costs just £15 a year to subscribe to The Cat. Alternativley, you can become a member of The Cat's Protection (like my mum), and receive the magazine that way. Cats Protection is the UK's leading feline welfare charity, helping round 200,000 cats and kittens every year through their national network of over 250 volunteer-run branches and 32 centres. As a member, you will be showing your support and help shape the future of this fantastic charity.

Wordless Wednesday: Why?
There I was, enjoying a lovely peaceful Easter Monday when I realized Mum was no longer in the room. Where had she sneaked off to? And how dare she leave me alone!
I sauntered over to the patio door, peeped outside, and what did I see?
This...
And Mum was on her knees taking photos of it!
WHY? WHY? WHY?
A million thoughts flashed through my mind.
Why would she need to photograph this ginger bushy tail fur ball when she had me?
Surely I'm the purrfect model?
Surely I'm more beautiful?
I cannot tell you all how deeply shocked and upset this made me feel.

Wordless Wednesday: Some Sunshine
On Sunday afternoon, after my easy nap, I hid behind the curtain on the window-sill to get some sun on my back and as usual my mum turned it into a photo-session.
I don't mind really because we got some nice shots which we will be sharing more of soon.
