Adopt Leo #CharityTuesday

Adopt don't shop

PHOTO: Wood Green The Animals Charity

This is handsome Leo, who ended up at Wood Green The Animals Charity after his owner moved away and he was sadly left behind.

Horrible how people can do that, isn't it?

Leo is a little bit frightened after being left to cope on his own (happened to me as a tiny kitten too), but likes attention. A home where he is the only cat (like me!) is what 4-year-old Leo needs, with access to the outside world in a very rural location. If you think you could give Leo a loving home please contact see his profile to find out more!

Check out his video first!

All proceeds from A Forever Home For Athena will be donated to the following charities:

Wood Green The Animals Charity
Greek Cat Welfare Society
Cats Protection

More homeless pets looking for forever homes can be found on my Mum's Pinterest Pet Rescue board.

Disclosure: I received no compensation for this post. As a rescue kitty myself I want to help other rescues find their forever home, so each week on Charity Tuesday I share adoptable cats from Wood Green, the Animals Charity (which is where I was rescued) and some other charities dear to our hearts. Mum and I are so grateful to Wood Green because without them we would never have found each other! Please note however that this post does contain some affiliate links. This means if you click on the Amazon links to purchase any of the items featured, I will receive a small affiliate commission. We are not affiliated with any charity mentioned in this post.

  1. Agreed! We've been looking at our local shelter to find a little girl to add to the family <3

  2. Leo is a handsome mancat, who will find his true furrever home soon.

  3. I don't know how anyone leaves pet behind. I hope he gets his forever home soon. XO

  4. He looks like a great kitty. And such an adorable heart-shaped nose. I hope he finds the perfect home soon.

  5. Leo is super handsome, and we love that nose! We will share. :)

  6. Handsome Leo. My cat rescued himself. Since my dad drives a lot while he's working, my cat jumped on his truck while he was parked. He rode all the way back to our house. We took him inside and fed him.
