Caturday Art

Happy Caturday!

First of all, Mum would like to thank all of you for the lovely warm comments you left on Wednesday's post. The purrs and hugs you all sent, plus all the purrs I purred on her, made her feel so much better.

We have two arty versions for you today. The first one is definitely my favourite. Mum used the accented brush stroke in the artistic filter of Photoshop Elements 13 and then made some adjustments to light, etc.

And then she did this one below. Mmm... not sure I'm that impressed with this one. I look like an alien cat. How did she do it? Well, she says she used the glowing edges filter.

Marie ~ ah yes, the brush stroke filter is a great one! And yours, here, of Athena is really wonderful. Like you, am not too fond of the glowing edges tool, though it might be great come Halloween time ... it's works for some photos really well ... others, well not so much. But all in all, isn't it so much fun that we can take one simple image of our beautiful pets and rework it and
re-imagine it in so many different ways! Love your Caturday Art, keep up the good work and thanks for allowing us all to take part. Hugs and purrs ... the Zoolatry Girls
