Here I am supervising my mum doing yoga. She still hasn't mastered the cat pose yet 🐈😸

Mum likes to call this a yoga pose but it's just me cleaning my hind legs/paws.

And Mum insisted on posting this pigeon photo as a guest selfie, which I'm not happy about as I don't like to share my blog with some silly bird. 

The pic is a bit blurry because Mum had to zoom in on her iPhone camera from behind the patio door. If she'd got any nearer the pigeon would have flown away. Funny how it wasn't scared of me staring out from behind the glass at it!

This selfie isn't up to my usual standard, I know, but Mum is so busy she is finding it hard to keep up. Pile on the added stress of moving house, her head is all over the place at the moment. To help ease the stress she does a bit of yoga. She tries to yoga at least once a week and here I am wanting to participate (note the naughty kitty scratch marks on the yoga mat.) 😻
