Today is Mum's birthday so we decided to take a selfie together. 

She says thanks to everyone who left a birthday message for her yesterday on our Caturday Art post where we shared the card I created for her. 

Here is my selfie. It's been another hot week so the best thing to do was sleep through most of it.

According to WoodGreen Pets Charity, the amazing animal shelter that rescued me as a tiny abandoned kitten, I was born 7th May 2011, so yes, that makes me 12 years old this Sunday! 

Ten weeks later I got adopted by Mum Marie.

The exact day of birth may not be known, but the point is, this is my birthday week so let's celebrate🎉

Happy Birthday To Me!

Happy 9th Birthday to Me! 

Yes, it's my birthday week and because I was rescued as a kitten in someone's garden, my correct date of birth is unknown. I was taken to Wood Green The Animals Charity and that's where, when I was 10 weeks old Mum Marie adopted me!

The vet person there had worked out that I was born around 7 May 2011, so that's why we celebrate tomorrow and I will be 9. We don't post on Thursday so here is my birthday card today. Thank you, Mum, for making it for me! 😻😸😽💚💕

Can you believe that I'm 8 years old? No, neither can we. To Mum, I'm still her baby girl. And I like being her baby! But I'm an independent kitty goddess too, and wise with it, like my namesake.

1. 13 years ago, I was working hard on my novels, dreaming of being published and becoming a successful author. I am now published, albeit self-published,  but haven't had much success. Another dream dead. But there's still hope, I know. Until then I'll keep blogging and writing.
2. By this time next year, I hope to be better off financially as right now I'm struggling.
3. One word that describes me is sensitive. Too sensitive sometimes.
