Watercolor Month #CaturdayArt

Happy Caturday!

July is Watercolor Month (Watercolour Month) if you are British like us. 

The photo below doesn't look very watercoloury I know, but Mum said she wanted to keep it simple. She used the watercolor effect in Photoshop Elements and just adjusted it here and there.

You still look pretty! I don't think PS CC has a watercolor effect. I love the oil paint effect though.
