1. An Easter memory that I have is a Greek Easter one when I was little. My parents used to take me and my brother to a local Greek Orthodox church in London over Easter time. I hated it because it was crowded and there were candles everywhere - loads of people carrying them, and I was scared I was going to get burnt. I've always had a fear of candles and flames. Over the years, as I was growing up, we stopped going and as I'm not religious I don't go at all now. Not saying I don't believe in Christ, but I just don't like organized religion. I have my own beliefs - my church is nature - out in the forest!
2. I hope to purchase a catio for Athena this year or get someone to make me one. They are so expensive but I don't want any old cheap rubbish either. It has to be secure. I so wish I could do it myself.
3. When the days are warm, I just want to sleep all day like a cat.
4. If the Easter Bunny visited my house all he would find right now is one Vegan chocolate Easter egg (which I've already started eating this early in the morning).

Have a hippity, hoppity happy Easter day! One of TW's exes was Greek. Let me tell you, you guys had it made. Greek Easter is usually a week after our Easter so they'd wait and buy up all the Easter chocolate at half price. MOL!

Happy Easter! Thank you both for these great fill-in answers. Your mum and I think a lot alike. I am afraid of candles in church to this day which is why I don't like the Easter vigil mass on Saturday night. Everyone has a candle and I am afraid the person behind me will accidentally start my hair on fire. I hope you get that catio soon. XO

Here in America, most religious holidays have been overly commercialized, and I draw back from all of that. Some fresh air, birdsong, and trees make the best cathedral to me!

Look at the sunshine on your beautiful face, Athena! I'm also in awe at how kind you are to the blinds in your window. The blinds in our windows get beat up on a daily basis by a certain little calico. And thank you both for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! A catio sounds wonderful. We hope to get one built at our house at some point in the not too distant future. Athena, Eddy agrees that Easter Bunnies are made for chasing! Have a beautiful day!
We get so little natural light in our condo (half of the unit is underground) - but I've had some luck when Bear spends his day in the window.
