Paws Dangling #CaturdayArt

Here I am, my paws dangling over the edge of the cat lounger/scratcher. For some reason, BeFunky AI added a tree in first effect, probably mistaking the blue rug for the sky!

Happy Birthday in Heaven Grandad Jimmy💚💜

Mum is thinking of her dad today on would have been his 84th birthday. Grandpa passed in September 2010, before I was born, so I never had the chance to meet him. Mum still misses him greatly, but hopes he is at peace and taking care of her brother John, who sadly passed in July 2022. Thinking of them both today and sending love and purrs.

Here's little Mum and her dad in the late 60s. She was a daddy's girl alright! Grandpa was an Elvis fan, as you can tell from the hair.

My Cute Side Profile #CaturdayArt

I was staring out of the window while Mum took this photo. She wasn't this close up, but she cropped it to show my cute side profile.

We used BeFunky for the art.

Close Up Tabby Cat #CaturdayArt

A nice close-up of me. The first arty effect looks quite autumnal with the warm cosy colours. All the art today is created with the brilliant BeFunky photo editor.

Still Freezing Here #CaturdayArt

We had lots of snow in Essex, England this week. It's too cold for me. All I want to do is find places in the house to make myself warm. Even with the heating on I feel the cold. Mum says we're not cold compared to all the other poor cats, animals and some humans out there that don't have a roof over their heads and somewhere warm and cosy to sleep.

I sleep on the bed, obiously. On Mum mostly, and also in front of the central heating radiators. Mum bought me a heating mat but it looks kind of weird to me. She's been trying to get me to sit on it but I'm having none of it. My granny uses it to warm her back when she's sitting on the sofa instead.

Anyway, here's my art for this Caturday. Mum used BeFunky arty filters again,

Experimenting #CaturdayArt

Mum has been experimenting with the BeFunky photo editor again. I love what she's come up with today. As a subscriber to BeFunky Plus it helps her creativity really come to life. There are lots of cool, funky effects to try for free too. Mum thinks it's much better than Photoshop Elements, which she still uses from time to time (2013 version).

This is Mum's Love Seat. We have cuddles here and I like to sit on her lap, purr and gaze up at her lovingly. After a while though my twitching tail signals to her that it's time to move to another seat and let me have this one all to myself. I'm a cat. Everything belongs to me 😻
