Mum's late brother, who passed away in July 2022, would have been 54 today. 

I will be looking after Mum today as she remembers him.

1. I plan to begin sorting out the garden in April.  

2. My favorite kind of muffin is chocolate.

3. Panicking always seems to happen when I am in crowded spaces. I get sensory overload and need to escape urgently. 

4. Mowing the lawn has been on my to-do list for a long time (since early March at least) It keeps raining all the time, I hate gardening I must admit. I find it stressful, not soothing like most people. 

Athena

1. I plan to watch more birdies in April. So many landing in our back garden looking for something to eat on our lawn. 

2. My favorite kind of muffin - is there any chicken flavour?

3. Mum telling me that I eat too much always seems to happen when I follow her around begging for more food. She always says I just ate and should wait a bit.

4. Making Mum smile has been on my to-do list for a long time. And I do make her smile with my crazy antics and when I do my slow blinky eye at her and she does it back. But she has sadness in her eyes (apart from when she looks at me). 

Spring #SundaySelfie

The clocks went forward last night so we missed an hour's sleep, which means it's almost napping time for us.  We both need to catch up 💤

This is an interesting selfie. I am stood on the window sill in the bedroom in front of the shutters. One shutter is left open for me to view the outside world. I make Mum open it for me as she likes to keep them shut. I spied some birdies on rooftops and the trees and plants look fab out there as Mother Nature comes to life.
