Happy Caturday!

A lovely vintage effect we made using BeFunky today.

Yes, we have changed the name of the blog again. We wanted to avoid confusion with our othe accounts. On Twitter and Instagram I am Athena Wise Kitty. When we began this blog I was Cat Goddess Athena, then Athena Cat Goddess. Mum then decided to get a domain and so we became athenacatgoddess.com. But we then heard some complaints about some other Athena who wasn't too happy about us having the same name. When Mum had done the research before she got our name she hadn't come across this other Athena cat goddess and so assumed it would be OK to use it. 

We are not blaming anyone and we understand how territorial cats can be (I should know), so Mum told me it was best we changed this blog name to Athena and Marie as we are in this together. But the reason we have now changed it to Athena Cat Goddess Wise Kitty is so that my accounts kind of link together and so we hope it prevents further confusion to all my followers.

Wordless Wednesday

Not quite wordless, just sharing some recent photos of my mum and me.

For those that don't know, my mum is a writer and has her own cat blog . It's a blog about cats mainly but also the welfare of all animals as well as sharing her pet photography (well, photos of me mainly). She's all new to photography so she uses me to practice on and she says I am the purrfect model. I have to agree!

She writes articles about cats and animal welfare too.
