For this week's Catuday Art Blog Hop we are using an app we've just discovered and Mum downloaded it for free on her iPhone. It's called PicsArt and you can do so much with it. Mum certainly had a lot of fun whilst I just slept nearby dreaming of what it is cats dream (it's a secret so I won't divulge).
Anyway, if you want to try PicsArt to get this effect my rather forgetful Mum says she can't tell you. She thinks that she clicked on Effects in the app, and then Artistic, and then Oil. As for the frame she used this pretty vintage one that she had to download from the same app (for free).
