It may have cooled down outdoors but indoors it's still hot. Our new house, which we moved to last year, can be unbearably hot. These more modern homes retain the heat. It was built in 1995 - so not that new - but Mum is glad we didn't move into one of the houses built more recently in the area and even further away from here, which she was thinking about during our property search.
As you may well know, we have no air con. It's not the norm to have it in UK homes. However, it looks like that will have to change because there is no denying the world is hotting up fast.
Anyway, I don't want to think about that now. Let the humans sort it out. They caused climate change with their idiocy.
I'm gonna take a nap!
