    Is that Athena's personal cup? Does she drink like that all the time? Mom calls that the "dip and lick," and we've always had at least one cat who does that. Currently it is Lisbeth! Purrs and hugs to all, Lily Olivia, Misty May, Mauricio, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo.

      Yes, it's my personal cup. It used to be my mum's but I kept drinking her water out of it so she gave it to me :)

    I love videos for Wordless Wednesday -- they speak volumes. I used to have a cat who drank like that but all my cats now are "traditional" drinkers. Enjoy your Wednesday.

    You are so lucky, Athena. Mom won't let me drink from her glass or cup. I have to wait until she's asleep. Then I sneak a drink. Happy WW!

      I used to drink like that too. But I trained my mum by drinking out of her cup all the time. She got fed up and so gave me my own!

    Athena, my black kitty used to do this years ago! Why get your whiskers wet--it much easier to lick off your paw!

      It sure is. But my mum keeps telling me to use my other paw too. I keep telling her I'm left-handed (or left-pawed).
