I really like this but Mum can't remember what filter she used. However, she says the grunge frame is from FotoJet.

      If only we painted it! Looking at it now, it looks kind of Van Gogh like. Looks like his heavy, thick and passionate brush strokes :)

    Athena, this is a great effect. Wish Mom Marie remembered how she did it. It looks as if it was created with paint and a palette knife.     Many cats and little cats are euthanized consistently basically in light of the fact that there aren't sufficient adoring homes for them all. UnderStanding Cat Behavior
