Easy Like Sunday - Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to all fathers out there - both animal and human!

Unfortunately, I don't know who my daddy was and I'm not really looking for a human daddy (because he might take my mum's love away). Talking of Mum, she seems sad today because she is thinking about her own daddy. I never met him (not in this world anyway) because he died a few months before I was born. He's my granddad and sometimes I think it would be nice if he was here because he loved animals too (especially horses). Mum says she thinks he would have laughed at my antics because no matter how hard  life got for him, he still liked to joke and laugh. Even when he was ill.

So Happy Father's Day, Granddad. Mum knows you sent me here as a gift to her after you passed away.

    Athena, your photos are adorable as are you. It was nice to hear about your granddad. Some of our predecessors knew Mom's dad, but none of us did. She misses him very much as well as her step-mom of 45 years who passed away a few days ago on June 8. Have a great week.
