Wordless Wednesday

This week's Wordless Wednesday needs a few words at least just to tell you that I am fine now, even though I look very distressed in this picture.

If you read my previous post, you would have seen that Mum had to go away last week and so she took me to the pet hotel because I couldn't go with her on the plane.

Mum is on Twitter and so is the hotel so she asked them to tweet a photo of me and this was it.

Mum says she was very worried about me when she saw this picture, but I was very stressed because I've never been to a pet hotel.

I missed my mum and home so much. Right now I am sleeping on her lap as she writes this blog post for me. I'm so happy and content to be back home.

Thanks to Elmtree Luxury Pet Hotel for the photo

  3. Kizzie isn't that keen on going to the cattery either, but she has got used to it now. The people she does to are very good with her. Hope you don't have to go again for a while, Athena.

  4. Oh, you poor thing! Hope you got settled in! We used to take our Callie to the 'kitty spa' sometimes, and eventually she liked it! Hang in there!:)

  5. We don't blame you, Derry would be stressed beyond belief too, at a cat hotel. (Heck, he got sick from stress when the human left for a week and had a pet sitter come in daily.)

So we're glad your mum's back and that you're home again, reunited!

  6. So pleased that you and Mom are both back home and having a good cuddle. You appear as if you are trapped between the litter box and wall. We would have been concerned as well. We hope you never have to do that again. Purrs and hugs from the kitties at The Cat on My Head, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Josette

  8. Oh honey, my mommy was just as worried when Admiral had to stay in the Vet hospital for 4 days and nights and her never ever separated from mommy before. Mommy worried herself sick.

  9. you know what? They always say to leave cats in their own environment. Next time I would have an overnight cat sitter stay with you.
