Solomon's Tale: Book Review

I love cold winter nights when I can snuggle up with Mum in bed and she reads me a cat story. As I'm a bit of an author myself and got to narrate my own story in A Forever Home For Athena, I enjoy reading other kitty fiction, especially if it is narrated by a cat.

Solomon's Tale  by Sheila Jeffries  is such a story. It is narrated by a very wise black and white cat  cat called Solomon and tells the story of how he was reborn again to heal the young family of Ellen, who used to be his owner in his previous life. Ellen is now grown up with her own family but she has a lot to cope with. Her husband drinks a lot and is quite nasty to her. Things get a lot worse and soon they end up with no money and homeless.

Solomon's Tale

Like me, Solomon is a healing cat. He also sees angels and auras like me too. Now us cats know such things exist, but some humans aren't so wise so they may resist reading this book. But this is not just a book about angels. It is about a very wise cat as I say and he is reincarnated to help a family in crisis. I loved it!

As my mum read this to me every night I was so entranced by Solomon's story. He had some great adventures and even fell in love with a cat called Jessica :)

So there you are, I thought this was an amazing tale and had to tell you all about it. It's published by Avon Books and I think it's only available in the UK at the moment, (Canada in January 2014) and translation rights have been sold to Germany and France. However, it's available on Kindle if you can't wait until then.

So make sure you read this inspirational, heartwarming book!
